After a failed attempt at legitimate work, Justin turns to the one thing he has become quite familiar with in the prison mechanic shop...how to steal cars. As fate would have it, he inadvertently jacks a car that belongs to a notorious drug dealer that has a knack for torturing his victims...and it looks like his next victim is Justin s sister.
